The batteries in the new models are probably the biggest change compared to “conventional” vehicles. Not only in terms of technology, but also in terms of accessibility on the car. For example, the specialists from Halver offer a support arm set suitable for 2.35 HD Flex, HD Pro, Premium. This specially designed 3.5 t lift was developed for lifting everything from small vehicles to SUVs, for a variety of models and manufacturers such as: B. the Audi Etron at the specified mounting points. Thanks to the cranked swivel arm geometry, batteries can be easily installed or removed under the vehicle. Of course, the lift in combination with the support arm set is also perfect for standard and sports vehicles. The Z8805 scissor lift table, a mobile lift table with a variety of movement options for a wide range of applications, can also be expanded with an adapter frame to accommodate electric batteries.
Another innovation from Consul is the 2.35 double system chassis, which can be retrofitted for all 2.45 stage systems. The lift is designed for small vehicles right up to luxury sedans such as the S-Class or BMW 7 Series. An invaluable advantage is that one and the same platform can be used with both a swivel arm chassis and a wheel gripper system. This creates two areas of application at the same workplace and upgrades a workshop for changing electric car batteries without requiring additional space. Electric or hybrid vehicles are safely lifted using the wheel gripper system for work under the vehicle; the folding wheel grippers enable normal lifting using the swivel arms at the pick-up points. And another important advantage: despite the expansion, the column spacing remains the same.
