A long-standing member of our team has been supporting the development of our company for almost four decades – from its beginnings in the former “Märkisches Werk” to the present day. As the person responsible for service and technical training, he particularly emphasizes the short response times of our internal factory service. Another experienced specialist with over twenty years of service also knows all aspects of the processes in the field of lift technology. The goal is always: “Our customers should gain comprehensive knowledge about their lifts in order to better understand the technology and use it optimally. Another team member, who has been working in customer service for several years, is known for his analytical skills and creative problem-solving approaches. “When scheduling our factory service, we place great importance on treating all customers equally – regardless of their company size,” he says.
